New Health Protocols
At Waterdogs K9 Center the health and wellness of our team and our clients is our #1 priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for yourself and your dogs we have extensive cleanliness policies and procedures in place to prevent against the spread of bacteria and germs.
What we are doing!
Our team at Waterdogs K9 Center conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the training facility using disinfectant cleaning supplies. In addition, we regularly complete cleaning between each client visit. Some additional measures we are implementing are;
Our front door is disinfected per each client coming in.
The main lobby has a hand sanitizer station with gloves, masks and Lysol wipes available for your use.
We use our own leashes and ask you to take your own personal leash home upon dropping off your dog.
Invoicing for services and products can be processed online so you do not have to touch our systems in-store.
Our building is only open Mondays and is closed the remainder of the week as usual.

What you can do!
Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly for at least 20 mins with soap or water or hand sanitize before entering our building.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with others.
For your well-being and the well-being of others, if you’re sick please stay home and do not enter our facility.
If you have recently travelled do not enter our facility for at least two weeks.
With heightened awareness around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), please know that we are closely monitoring the situation and will follow instructions and recommendations issued by public health authorities or government agencies as needed.
